Hurricane Katrina evacuee Kimberly Jones called 2-1-1 after she, her husband, and young daughter spent several weeks living in a San Francisco hotel room.
2-1-1 Information & Referral Specialist Jose Santamaria connected her with the Mayor's Office of Housing, which helped Kimberly find a home in Oakland.
